Lambcakes Bakery

We’re excited to introduce you to Chad, owner of Lambcakes Bakery, located in the heart of Downtown Johnstown!

Chad first opened Lambcakes in 2017 in a space overlooking Johnstown’s Central Park. About two and a half years ago, the bakery moved into its beautiful, much larger location on the corner of the park, giving even more people a chance to enjoy their incredible treats.

Growing up, Chad enjoyed expressing himself through coloring and drawing, and around the age of 15, he discovered he could combine that artistic passion with his natural love for baking, finding joy in creating art you can eat! At first, he would bake for friends and family and then never stopped.

After nearly 30 years of baking, Chad and his talented team now offer an incredible variety of desserts, including wedding cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, gobs, chocolates, and fudge. But his favorite thing to bake? Chocolate chip cookies. Because who can resist a warm chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven?

Beyond baking, Chad has a genuine passion for Johnstown and is committed to helping our community grow stronger. He loves connecting people with one another and supporting fellow local businesses, both through his bakery and his online presence.
